EAST SYRACUSE, NY–Education, labor relations, and employment law firm Ferrara Fiorenza PC announces the recent hiring of Melinda B. Bowe and Michael P. Leone as counsel, and Thomas F. Barrett as Associate.

Melinda B. Bowe joins Ferrara Fiorenza as counsel after serving as partner at two previous Syracuse law firms. She also served as Administrator of the Madison-Oneida BOCES Personnel, Labor Relations and Policy office. Melinda’s practice will focus on representing school districts on all aspects of education, labor, and employment law.
Michael P. Leone served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at the Pittsford Central School District prior to joining Ferrara Fiorenza. He also served as adjunct faculty at the New York State School Boards Association. As counsel for Ferrara Fiorenza, his practice will focus on representing school districts in all aspects of education, labor, and employment law.
Thomas F. Barrett earned his B.A. with cum laude honors from Le Moyne College, and his Juris Doctor with cum laude honors from the Albany School of Law. He works with clients across the Firm’s practice on education law issues.
