Michael Leone serves as Senior Counsel for Ferrara Fiorenza and represents clients in all aspects of education, labor, and employment law.

Michael also supports school districts and BOCES in regulatory compliance, employee investigation and discipline, grievances and arbitrations, contract negotiations, and student discipline.

Michael served as adjunct faculty at the New York State School Boards Association and provided training for school boards on best practices, roles, and responsibilities, superintendent evaluations, and goal setting.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources of the Pittsford Central School District, where he was responsible for all Human Resources functions and served as the Title IX Coordinator.
