EAST SYRACUSE, NY–Education and employment law firm Ferrara Fiorenza PC announces the recent promotions of Heather M. Cole to the Management Committee and Jeffrey M. Lewis to Partner in the Firm, as well as the hiring of Nicole Marlow-Jones as Counsel.

Heather M. Cole joined Ferrara Fiorenza PC in 2013. She has over 15 years of experience in personnel and labor matters. Heather was promoted to Partner in 2018 and to the Management Committee in 2021 and serves as a leader in the Firm’s education practice. She is a graduate of Boston College and Syracuse University College of Law.
Jeffrey M. Lewis joined Ferrara Fiorenza PC in 2015 and focuses his practice on school district business-related issues, tax certiorari, and representing school district clients in many other education law-related issues. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Nicole Marlow-Jones joins Ferrara Fiorenza from Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC with over 22 years of experience as a private practitioner. She previously worked as an appellate court attorney at the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Fourth Department. She also served as a confidential law clerk to the Honorable John P. Balio. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo and Syracuse University College of Law.
