Representation and counsel of school districts in matters involving the education of children with disabilities and the application of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Representing school districts with respect to matters regarding students with disabilities before impartial hearing officers, the New York State Review Officer, and Federal Courts.
Advising school district clients on how to best avoid disputes and to be in the best position should a dispute arise.
Susan teaches Educational Law in the Educational Leadership Department at the State University of New York at Cortland, and frequently lectures on education law topics.
