Ryan L. McCarthy assists our clients in a broad range of legal matters. He has focused his practice on civil litigation and has represented clients in a variety of complex actions, including construction disputes, breach of contract suits, personal injury claims, and Article 78 Petitions. His current work at the Firm includes:

Representation of and counsel to public and private sector employers involving all aspects of education and employment law and civil litigation.

Representation of school districts in real estate transactions.

Representation counsel and defense in relation to tax certiorari proceedings throughout New York State, and in related real property tax matters. His experience in such matters ranges from applications for real property tax exemptions, enforcing PILOT agreements, and defense of property assessments.

Advice and counsel with respect to capital construction project contracts and related matters, resolving contractor disputes, and defending public schools in related litigation.
