Michael Leone serves as Counsel for Ferrara Fiorenza and represents school districts in all aspects of education, labor, and employment law.

He also supports districts in regulatory compliance, employee investigation and discipline, grievances and arbitrations, contract negotiations and student discipline.

He’s served as adjunct faculty at the New York State School Boards Association and provided training for school boards on best practices, roles and responsibilities, superintendent evaluation, and goal setting.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources of the Pittsford Central School District where he was responsible for all Human Resources functions and served as the Title IX Coordinator.
