Daria Ivasiuk assists Ferrara Fiorenza clients in many aspects of education, labor and employment law. Her work at the Firm includes analysis and client representation with respect to business matters and contract disputes, as well as employment matters including discrimination and retaliation claims and related civil litigation.
In this capacity, Daria provides representation and counsel touching upon a wide range of issues impacting educational record access, student disciplinary matters, business contracts, and other issues regarding compliance with various employment and education law statutes, rules, and regulations.
Daria earned her LL.M and LL.B. degrees from the National University Odesa Law Academy, Ukraine, both summa cum laude. She also received her LL.M. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
Daria is admitted to practice before all New York State courts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
