Charles “Chris” Spagnoli assists Ferrara Fiorenza clients in a broad range of education and employment law matters.
An experienced litigator, he has tried both jury and non-jury cases to completion in various state and federal courts. He has argued and written numerous appeals in both the state and federal courts and practiced before agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, and the National Labor Relations Board.
Prior to joining Ferrara Fiorenza, Chris served as vice president and national employment law counsel for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, one of the largest insurers in the nation, and practiced as a partner at a Central New York law firm, concentrating his practice in the representation of school districts, other educational institutions, and municipalities.
