Allison Marley regularly assists public and private sector clients by providing effective counsel and representation with respect to various complex labor and employment matters, including:
Investigating employee misconduct and complaints of discrimination/harassment (e.g., race, gender, religion, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, etc.), and providing guidance to effectively address related employee misconduct. Such counsel typically includes recommendations for appropriate response, remedial action, and on-going compliance.
Prosecuting employee misconduct at administrative hearings.
Providing guidance with respect to labor relations, including all aspects of the collective bargaining relationship, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, providing representation at grievance hearings and arbitrations, as well as all related administrative judicial proceedings.
Advising school districts on matters relating to civil service, seniority, and tenure law compliance.
