Position Description:
Attorneys in this position can expect to provide legal counsel and representation to employers with respect to all aspects of employment law and labor relations matters, including counseling and training clients on applicable laws and regulations. Attorneys will defend clients in various administrative proceedings and in State or Federal Court when necessary.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will be a member of the New York State Bar, possess at least 3+ years’ experience in labor and employment law, demonstrate strong writing and research skills, the ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients, and thrive in a collaborative, teamwork environment.
Salary:
The anticipated compensation for the experienced employment and labor relations attorney we seek, depending on experience, education and other relevant background and skills is $110,000 to $160,000.
