A Message to Clients and Friends of Ferrara Fiorenza PC regarding our Response to COVID-19 Issues

Dear Clients and Friends,

We thought it was important to briefly inform the school and business communities we serve about our Firm’s internal response to the COVID-19 situation. While we have been working diligently to provide timely advice and counsel to our clients, we have taken certain steps at our Firm to safeguard the well-being of our employees and ensure our ability to provide uninterrupted legal services to our clients.

Very soon into the COVID-19 situation, we adopted the CDC’s recommended infection protocols within the Firm. In addition to the disinfection protocols, we have maintained open communication with our employees with respect to possible symptoms of the virus, as well as dangers associated with travel or other potential high-risk situations. In several situations we have, out of an abundance of caution, asked some employees to work from home to minimize the risk of infection.

All our offices are open and fully operational. All our attorneys are available to respond to client needs. As many of you have experienced first-hand, we are working with our clients to assess their comfort level with in-person meetings. We are encouraging virtual meetings and teleconferences whenever possible.

We have also met with our IT and other support services personnel to ensure the continuity of operations in the event it becomes prudent to shift to virtual/remote operations, either partially or in full. We have always been committed to keeping our technological capabilities state-of-the-art and up to date. These capabilities will suit us well as a key part of our plan to provide you with uninterrupted service.

We are all experiencing an unprecedented time impacting our personal and professional lives. We remain thankful for our Firm’s professional and support staff who have been working “above and beyond the call” to help us address a multitude of unique and unprecedented issues. We are thankful for the ability to work with such a dedicated group of clients and friends.

Please reach out to us anytime with questions or concerns. Stay well.

Sincerely,

Ferrara Fiorenza PC

attorney
